Two of the regions most well-travelled celtic groups come together for an evening of full-throttle entertainment.

The members of Maukin have travelled near and far spreading the good word of Celtic and Acadian traditional music for the past two decades. Previously touring and recording as the highly acclaimed trio Ten Strings and a Goatskin, Jesse Périard and the brothers Rowen and Caleb Gallant have joined forces with award-winning piper and whistle player Nick vanOuwerkerk to once again explore the borders of traditional music in the Eastern Canadian region.

JUNO Award Nominees, Rum Ragged, take a bold approach to the distinct folk music of their home,  Newfoundland and Labrador. With a reverence for their roots this young band has quickly become known as the finest performers of their great, living, musical tradition. Boasting bouzouki, fiddle, bodhran, banjo, guitar, and button accordion, these new champions of East Coast music enliven and enlighten audiences with their signature brand of Newfoundland folk.
