is being performed LIVE in Summerside by elite Island musicians for the first time who will bring the entire album to life on stage. This huge undertaking will feature the LIVE recreation of the album tracks in order – cut for cut. The group will also perform many other classic Pink Floyd tracks to round out this concert spectacular.

Much of bassist Roger Waters’s lyrics and the themes in Dark Side encapsulate post-World War II British anxieties. The album also reflects the feelings of the time about the waning hippie era, staying sane in the face of rapidly changing modernity, and the band members’ personal emotions about losing former bandmate Syd Barrett as a bandleader.
